You've gone through some little sponsor changes this year, are you happy where you're at right now?
Corey: Yeah, I guess so, it is what it is! I hate that it had to happen but I'm looking forward to see what happens at Duo and Cinema. Steve [Buddendeck] and Cory [Muth] are cool people to work with and the team road trips seem like they would be awesome.

How good did it feel when Levi's said they are taking care of health insurance for you?
Corey: I thought it was awesome cause I've never heard of anyone involved in BMX doing something like that before.

-This year you managed to win the Dew Tour dirt series. How did it feel to raise that cup at the end of the road?
Cam: It felt great haha. At the start of the year it was one of my goals to try and reach and after putting in a lot of work, it really felt great knowing you achieved something that you set out to do.

-Last year you were pretty close, what happened?
Cam: Well last year I did have a shot at winning it. Nyquist had to be in 5th or worse and I had to win for me to get the cup. Well Nyquist was in 5th place as I dropped in for my last run and all I needed to do was land my run, but I slipped my pedal on the flip bar to whip. Not to worry, these things happen.

The vert schedule doesn't seem to stop. What comps did you do in 2008 and which ones are still on the program?
Chad: NBC did a skate comp with a BMX demo in Beijing in April followed by the Asian X Games in Shanghai a week later in May. Dew Tour started in June in Baltimore, MD. Second Dew Tour in Cleveland the middle of June. The next week was the Soul Bowl in Southern California with X Games the following week in August. A few weeks later was the 3rd stop of the Dew Tour in Portland, OR. just a few weeks later was the 4th stop of the Dew Tour in Salt Lake City. In October I went to Steve Crandall's Ghetto High Air Challenge with the final Dew Tour in Orlando the following weekend.

Ok can you give us a short version of how you ended up in America?
Diogo: Well, basically I was about to go to college in Brasil, but I wasn't feeling to do that before I try ride my bike on all the spots that I had seen only on videos and internet, so I kind did a go for it all the way to U.S. to see with my eyes! It was definitely the best thing I did in my life, not because it actually worked better than I thought, but because the trip by itself was the best experience in my life, and I’m thankful for BMX for making myself do that.

Who got you into riding BMX?
Nicky: Kees Schelfhout and Jermaine Pronk. Two friends of mine who told me to drop my old MTB-bike, because they had a cool complete Dragonfly and complete Haro bike. And I wanted that too! So after a while my mom bought me a cool grey Dragonfly for passage. YEAH. And that's how I got into BMX. And everyday I rode more with different people having more fun everyday I get more enjoyed and that's the reason why I still ride BMX, I LOVE IT.

Have you lived in Vegas all your life?
Yep

I just hung out with you in Vegas and no matter where we were or what time of the day it was you seemed to run into someone you know. How do you know so many people?
Um I’m not sure….there could be a few reasons behind that one. This might be the best way to explain it… From about 8th grade I had 2 sets of friends, Friends that I had grown up with from grade school and than my new friends that were older and rode bikes.

Your background is BMX racing, what was the moment that you decided to stop racing and enjoy dirt jumpin/freestyle?
Bart Mol: When it went to serious for me. I had to train every day

The air was thick with humidity to the point it felt like you had asthma with each step you took. During the entire day, there was noise, music, and flying skate boards everywhere. This was the best way to sum 2008’s Vans Warped Tour stop in Indianapolis. I had just finished up PBR number 2 when Rick Thorne had got off the mini ramp. He was breathing hard and commenting about how hot it was. I asked him if he wanted to do an interview and he was cool with it. He just wanted to sit in front of the fan for a minute to cool off. As he chilled, I looked around to find some paper, but had not luck. Then I saw a PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer) box lying on the ground. I guess it will work in a pinch. There was a stage to the right, one in front off to the distance, and one directly on the left side of us. We had to yell at each other to communicate. To solve the problem, we headed into a semi trailer to cut down on the noise.

The noise was a little better, but the heat had gotten even worse. The trailer was sitting in the sun and baking us like grandma’s
