Out on the BMX dirt course, rising star Brett Banasiewicz needs a podium finish to win his first-ever Dew Cup which would make him the youngest BMX athlete to accomplish this feat. Only 30 points behind Banasiewicz is Brandon Dosch with 252 points, with Dennis Enarson in third in the overall standings. With more points on the line at the Dew Tour Championships, the race for the Dew Cup has heated up.
In BMX park, three-time Dew Cup champion, Daniel Dhers, looks to secure a win against defending Dew Cup champion, Garrett Reynolds. Dhers presently sits in first and needs a podium finish in Las Vegas to clinch the highly coveted Dew Cup. However, Reynolds still has the opportunity to come out on top, if he succeeds in battling it out against the likes of Mark Webb, who is also a contender and could potentially win his first Dew Cup. Jamie Bestwick has the opportunity to make Dew Tour history again at the BMX vert final. If Bestwick places sixth or higher, he will be the only athlete to win every stop of the season, and the only athlete to win six consecutive Dew Cups, marking two back-to-back perfect seasons.
