2007 products will be dropping soon. First off is The Burlish frame. Jay "Sponge" Allen mentioned the idea that he wanted a real simple trail frame - something stripped down & sleek. The first thing to change were the dropouts - we slimmed these down to 4mm & used a minimal shape. The frame uses a mix of double butted tubing & a plain gauge tubing to make a really light, well balanced frame. To simplify it even more we used plates for the chain stay & seat stay braces. For flair we cut the Mutiny badge from the plates.

Prototypes were then made for testing. The samples were sent out to the team to try & destroy. After receiving riders' feedback we made some refinements & we decided to put the frame into production.
Sponge also came up with the idea that the frame should have tattoo stickers. Our Art Department got to work researching classic tattoo designs and whipped up the head tube, top tube, and seat tube designs. The Burlish will be in shops early September in grey & raw.

Right now
Roey, Robbo & Josh are all riding this frame. Now we know that Josh is a street rider and he is on a trail frame, but we do not recommend this frame for anything other than trails & light park use - no pegs. The rear dropouts aren't able to handle the stress from using pegs as they are only 4mm thick. But, we hope you guys like it. It's truly been a collaborative effort.
