FRONT BRAKE REVOLUTION GOES STATESIDE
The “Front Brake Revolution part 2 is to take place at:
Rampage Skatepark, Davenport, Iowa, USA on 18 th /19 th /20 th March 2005.
Jam creators and organisers: Ben Foakes and partner Jasmine O’Brien have teamed up with Standard Industries’ Rick Moliterno to make the project happen. Rampage Skatepark will sadly close indefinitely the week after FBR 2 and this will be the last chance for riders to congregate at the legendary location and bid it farewell. Special ramp modifications are being prepared in the weeks leading up to the jam to make the park more BMX friendly.
The acclaimed, laid back Jam format of FBR 2004 will be in full effect at
Rampage, with prizes for best tricks and a weekend jam packed with ground breaking freestyle, great people and lots of the all important FUN.
The compulsory after party will take place on the last night at an undisclosed location and feature a mystery musical act.
FBR will be filmed for a tech specific DVD, dedicated to Rampage and the definitive front brake riders taking part in the event. The DVD titled: “LEGEND will be released late summer 2005 worldwide and include roadtrip footage, interviews, rider bios and unreal riding.
Rider invites are going out this week to ensure all the key FB riders are in attendance but there are no strict rules about who may enter on the day.
