Volume bikes' Mike Ardelean has started his very own streetwear label.
After cashing in his royalty checks from his signature bike at Volume, Mike decided to invest it back into BMX and start his own company called LAVAR. Together with his friend Juse, he is producing a small line of t-shirts and sweats. The idea for the label started a while back, but not untill recently did everything fall into place. Expect to see the first offering soon with a new line of products following quickly.
The team consists of Mike Ardelean (obviously), Jim Bauer and local Michigan hero Dan Closser on flow. One or two riders may be added in the near future.
