For its 25th anniversary TSG launches the all-new Dawn Helmet, the first full-cut, half-shell helmet with ear coverage that fulfils international helmet safety standards. Consequently the popular, classic retro design is re-introduced into today's helmet designs. However, the Swiss have taken it a step further: they have constructed the new Dawn Flex Helmet with a FlexTech inner shell. Therefore the helmet is no longer rigid as in past incarnations, but is now soft - and yet it still fulfils all helmet standards and safety requirements for design and impact protection. The results are impressive: the Dawn Flex Helmet is soft, comfortable, certified and safe.
The inner shell is constructed from several EPS foam segments which are interconnected by a reinforced nylon web belt, while the specific composition of the outer shell material provides additional flexibility. The helmet flexes, moves and adapts perfectly to the individual shape of each head.
14 air vents in classic TSG design and the Active Shell Venting construction provide comfortable ventilation and air circulation. The Dawn Flex is CE (EN1078) certified and fulfils the requirements of the U.S. CPSC.
