Diamond Back's Trevor Knesal mailed the following press release:
Kent, WA - Since it was first released in April of last year, Diamondback’s Accomplice BMX frame has proven itself to be the perfect partner in crime for any skate park or trails session. Until now, the frame has only been available with a 21â€? top tube, but a 20â€? TT version is now also available and a 20.5â€? is in the works.
The original 21 version is sold out and will soon be replaced by a 2nd generation that will be identical to the first but will feature
Diamondback’s new “Fenwickâ€? bottom bracket. The new BB accommodates larger / stronger bearings than a Euro BB and threaded cups that completely protect the bearings from the outside world. Like the original, the 2nd generation Accomplice will come with an FSA Impact hidden headset, but will also come with a bottom bracket and 2 sets of bearings; one for 19mm axles and another for 22mm.
Anyone interested in capturing their own Accomplice can expect to find one at their local Diamondback dealer by April. The 20 (first generation) can be bought for $249.99 and the latest (21 w/ Fenwick BB) for $264.99.
Diamondback has been producing authentic BMX bicycles, parts and accessories for riders of all sizes, disciplines and budgets for a really long time.
