contribute to the project but it all was kept on the backburner waiting for a moment that we had more time to work on it. - RedBull's Ilana Taub declares that Ryan Nyquist should have a new nickname: "So right as Ryan was about to take a run at Elevation a random mutt ran onto the course and he had to pull up on the first hit as to not run into the pup (everyone was yelling for him to stop). So the announcer then said when they were ready; "Now, Ryan Nyquist, without dogs!." I really hope that catches on, Nyquist without dogs!
By the way, November is going to be a big month for Ryan and his lady Ali........

- After the FISE contest in Montpellier I joined the Mirraco crew for a few extra days in London. The car got towed, one of the rentals got a flat tire, but other than that things worked out really well. Dave Mirra was there, Mike Laird, Mike Spinner, Ryan Guettler and Dave Rytell. I managed to get a lot of pics from the trip but somehow had no pics of myself from the whole trip. Sean Hargraves sent proof I was there. Did a little lap in Brixton after stealing Ryan Guettler's bike.

Now the news by DJ:

-Premium rider JJ Palmere is planning a big UK/Euro trip starting @ NASS, hanging out in UK for a bit before heading to Cologne for this years Masters.

-The wooden street set up @ Southsea that was built & paid for by Remo & Webby has to go due to Southsea Roller Hockey club being allowed to return to the venue... The local council should just bomb the damn place, they clearly don't want to see it function as a credible skatepark.
-After having his own 7ft+ mini ramp built in his garden Mark Webb will now be having a resi added within the next few weeks.
-Tony Watkinson was mistaken for Ronnie Surridge whilst in Montpellier... yeah, like he could ever be that FAMOUS!
-Zeal BMX distro in the UK sent me a text saying that they can have custom made Standard frames built & delivered with 3weeks, the best bikes just got better.

-If you've been running into problems with the FATBMX site lately here's a message from webmaster Jos Wissink with a possible solution:
The problem is caused by a bug in Internet Explorer, which Microsoft knows about since version 5.0 (in the meanwhile we have had IE5.5, IE6 and IE7 !). For FATBMX it's a difficult issue because it seems to be a combination of the special javascripts we use for the picture popups in combination with the external movies which are embedded in our website. I have tried several options and (hopefully) I have found the solution to the problem. Currently both IE6 and IE7 seem to run stable now and I hope that you can report the same. You may have to clear your browser cache once before testing it...
Thanks for checking in.
