-Hope you survived FLATWEEK on FATBMX. It was great for flatland riders and we received plenty of good comments. We actually did not receive any bad vibes so it's all good. It's back to normal though but expect some flatland updates from time to time simply because it's part of BMX. Did you see Bram Verhallen's new bike ?

-New Jamie Bestwick etnies shoes arrived at the office. Leather-free and if you like shoes with huge tongues, these are the ones you have been looking for. Out in October 2008.
-A final issue of Freestylin' was released recently. We're trying to get our hands on one to review it on the FATBMX site and to store it with the rest of the BMX books we've collected over the years. We heard it's awesome.
-Congrats to Mike "Big Island" Castillo and Annie Collins on the birth of Iza . Also congrats to Sebastian Pospischil on the birth of his son Max Pepe, born on 14 July 2008. Kids are awesome.

-We got some information on the 20th edition of the FAT-JAM online. Check it out and make plans to get there. The Carhartt-FAT-JAM stickers turned out great. T-shirts in the works.
