I also tried using a straw but found the tooth brush to work better.
Have you used Dave Mirra's private painting facility before or are you using the backyard ramps as your paint cabin?
Ryan: Yeah it's pretty sweet that Dave has a powder coater. We can use it whenever we want but it's alot of work to get it done real nice but Dave has it down to a T. Most the time I'll just use spray can in the back yard on the wheels, sprocket and chain but the frame, forks and bars I'll take to Dave's and do it right.
Some of the 2009 bikes like the Black Pearl One and the Black Pearl LTD use color schemes that you have used in the past. Is there a possibility that 2010 will see a Black Pearl with a splattered paint job?
Ryan: That's a big maybe. We talked about it and were going to try and get some samples from Taiwan and see how they look. If not I've got some back up ideas for the 2010 bikes. Dave and I already talked about doing 5 personal frames painted by me and him to give away to kids on the mirrabikeco.com site. So I'll make 5 splatter fames in the backyard and kids can win them online.
