If you want to change things up on your bike it can get costly. Especially if you realize that you don't fancy the colour you originally picked. How will that orange frame look with brown parts? What if I had green rims on my purple bike? Wonder no more as Thomas Walentin has made a BMX-Colour-Editor, based on Flash, which gives you a near photorealistik view on the colorscheme that you have in mind. We fired over some questions to Thomas and here's what he came back with.

Looking for a new light weight bottom bracket that can hold up to today's riding styles? If so then check out the34R Orto Bottom Bracket. It weights in at 60 grams, nearly half the weight of other bottom brackets. The Orto features 6061 heat treated aluminum cups which are press fitted with IGUS bush bearings. The July issue of BMX Plus! just came out and features England's Simon Tabron on the cover. For one this is cool because as a foreigner getting a cover on an American BMX magazine is awesome. On top of that this is a vert cover. When is the last time you've seen a fullface on a cover also? BMX Plus! ain't scared. In this issue you can also learn how to learn handplants on a BMX bike. They're not easy, but everything can be learnt. I wrote the story about the Simple Session for the July issue so I hope you like it. Next to the comp in Tallinn, BMX Plus also covers the Extreme Thing event in Vegas and the USA BMX Gator Nationals BMX race. The Tech Tip is all about grinding something Woody Itson and Fuzzy Hall don't do all that much any more. But they'll tell you what they've been up to. Bike tests? Sure. Two this time. The Felt Sector and the Subrosa Malum were tried out and BMX Plus will give you all the pros and cons about these two new rides.

Earlier this week Transworld BMX got bought by Grind Media. What that exactly means to the BMX book isn't very clear at the moment but sometimes change is good and let's hope that goes for the current staff of the BMX mag. RIDEBMX is the only BMX mag in Grind Media's portfolio so a merge isn't necessary. Expect RIDE to come out with the best possible mag in the time to come. Here's what's inside their latest edition:
