Olympian, animal lover, cook and all around great human, Nic Long takes us along for the ride in a day in his shoes. See what he does to prepare for the next big race and how he keeps himself humble and centered on and off his bike. Huge Thank You to The Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center for letting us film at the track, to Nic's Mom for having us over for dinner, and to Lindsay for allowing us to film this Day In The Life on her birthday!
