closed him up and waited for him to wake up from the anesthesia. The location of the tumor was in an area of the brain that controls motor skills and there was an area that was also surrounding a major artery in the brain. Josh’s parents are super thankful for all the well wishes and support from the BMX community and ARF. They are clearly a BMX family as all his mom and dad keep saying is they can’t wait to see him back on the bike again soon.
There will definitely be some down time in the coming weeks as Josh recovers from this major surgery but the doctors are very pleased with the results. Thanks to all the people thinking of Josh and sending him messages. His motivation to get back on the bike soon is truly inspiring.
