It looks like things will be finished in time for the rebeljam to begin. Many hands are helping out getting the last bits done and it's looking great. Riders have come in already and practice kicks off tomorrow (no access for the public, no need to show up if you're not on the Pro riders list and don't bother bringing your bike either because it's not open to ride). The contest starts on Saturday and yes, then you should show up because it's going to be good. Finals on Sunday. €6 Euros to get in each day, or €10 Euros for 2 days. Tickets available at the venue.
