This Saturday, November 10, the Atlantic Bike Stunt Alliance will again partner with the City of Greenville to host the second annual BMX Fest in uptown Greenville’s Five Points Plaza, located at the corner of Evans Street and 5th Street. The event will feature the 2012 Trans Jam BMX Contest Series Final Stop, which includes a Park, Flatland, and Street competitions, for BMX riders of all ages and skill levels. In addition, the festival will include a Vintage Bike Display, Car Show, live entertainment and an assortment of vendors and exhibits. Children will also have the opportunity to take part in the Hyper Bikes Kids Art Contest for the chance to win a new 20” Hyper BMX bike, spend some time with Coco the clown, and much more!
Greenville, NC is the BMX capital of the world and has been dubbed the Epicenter of BMX, or Protown USA, because it is currently home to more professional BMX riders and X Games medals than any other city on the planet. As a hub of BMX activity, Greenville boasts a world-renowned ramp park, Jaycee,
and amongst its population of BMXers numerous X Games, Gravity Games, and Dew Action Sports Tour competitors; even a few video game characters!
BMX Fest is a family-friendly event and free to the public. In addition to the variety of aforementioned activities, guests will also have the chance to witness some of the riders from the American BMX Stunt Team, seen on “America’s Got Talent” this past summer, battling for the pro purse, get autographs, and meet their favorite pros.

Car Show participation is open to the public and completely free. The car show will take place on Dickenson Avenue, below Five Points Plaza.
A pre-party will be held at Buffalo Wild Wings from 7pm-10pm on Friday, November 9 and an after party will be held at The Other Place Night Club from 10pm-2am on Saturday night.
