While the BMX speed racer contemporaneously ride for olympian gold in Peking, two-time BMX world champ Dave Osato (CAN) will compete at one of the most important and international BMX miniramp contests in Hamburg. A total of 50.000 Dollars can be won. Anti-Flag, Pennywise and Mando Diao will perform, MTV will broadcast from 8 p.m. on and MTV madame
Hadnet Tesfai will host it. On that 24th of August tickets will still be available at the box office!
The world’s best BMX speed racers will be acclaimed in Peking, but the best BMX miniramp riders will have their moment to shine at the T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds. Here’s the list of the top pros taking part on Sunday:

German vice champion
Sergej Geier will compete against 2-time world champion
Dave Osato (CA),
Ben Hennon (GB),
Brad Simms and
Brian Kachinsky (both USA). The young contenders are top-rookies
Arthur Dietrich from France,
Ondra Slez, 18, from the Czech Republic and 17-year-old
Harry Main (GB). Unfortunately German champ
Tobias Wicke and
Markus Braumann are hurt. Instead there will be
Alexandre Bourguignon and
Björn Mager. Qualificants
Sven Lehmann, Mark König, Kevin Liehn and T-Mobile Wildcard winner
Christian Anton will compete against the international top pros.
In between the wakeboard and BMX final rounds, real punk & rock pros will provide an adequate festival feeling. Policy punks Anti-Flag will open the music program. Westcoast hardcore legends Pennywise will continue kicking ass and Swedish headliner Mando Diao will provide a furious rock ’n’ roll showdown!
Tickets are available at all official booking offices and cost 19 Euros + charges. Smart spenders can buy the 5-friends-ticket, which get one person in for free, i. e. 76 Euros + charges. Each ticket includes a free ride to the event and back (HVV & DB trains, 2nd class). At the 24th, tickets (25 Euros) will be available at the box office from noon on.
