Monster Energy congratulates Monster Army rider Brady Baker on winning the BMX Dirt competition at the 2024 Monster Energy BMX Triple Challenge in Arlington, Texas. In the final stop of the 2024 season, the 21-year-old from Toms River, New Jersey, claimed his second consecutive victory of the year and won the overall series championship title.
Monster Energy swept the entire podium, with 32-year-old Australian Jaie Toohey from Lake Munmorah taking second place and 29-year-old Ryan Williams from Sunshine Coast, Australia, in third. The dominance continued in the spectacular Best Trick contest, with Williams taking the win, followed by Baker in second place and 33-year-old Andy Buckworth in third.

The second win of the day went to Monster Energy BMX team rider Pat Casey from Riverside, California. In the heated competition, the 28-year-old BMX icon stomped the day’s best aerial move to claim the trophy.

The Monster Energy BMX Triple Challenge event in Arlington, Texas, happened, but not quite at the normal level. No qualifying, no semi-finals, no three runs...straight to Final and just two runs to lay something—anything—down.
In all the years of the Triple Challenge events, Arlington, Texas has had the worst weather. Well, the curse has been lifted. It was gloomy and windy, but it was totally tolerable and the 24 or so riders got a full day of practice leading into the event tomorrow. Here are highlights.
